I teach weekly yoga and meditation classes at several popular studios in the heart of Seattle. Currently, I’m offering vinyasa and slow flow (heated and non-heated), yin, restorative, meditation, yoga nidra and sound baths. Check back for updates and changes to my weekly lineup!

Studio notes: A full-service, non-heated yoga experience - your mat and props will be laid out for you upon arrival. Stunning studio design and an attentive and caring staff. The BEST gf/v baked goods in Seattle, and the juices are 10/10.

Studio notes: Newly refurbished and reimagined studio in the former home of Be Luminous Yoga, Dryp is an immersive warm yoga studio featuring a giant, full-wall LED screen that elevates the classroom experience.

Studio notes: Flood Yoga is a cozy sanctuary tucked in among Ballard’s most popular retail and restaurants. Non-heated yoga focused on gentle movement, breath awareness, and slowing down.

I offer private yoga, meditation, sound bath and breathwork sessions in my cozy little studio space on Queen Anne.
