PRIVATE SESSIONS

Whether you’re brand-new to yoga, meditation, and energy work, or a long-time practitioner, private sessions are a wonderful way to deepen your practice. I’m a trauma-informed, Yoga Alliance E-RYT certified, all-levels teacher with a focus on inclusive yoga rooted in the 8 limbs that promotes a deep connection to your intuition. I offer yoga, meditation, sound baths, breathwork and reiki in my studio on Queen Anne. I’m available for select off-site events.

I also offer 1:1 mentorship for new and current yoga and meditation teachers.

 
 
 

OFFERINGS


YOGA

Yoga is an ancient spiritual practice with endless benefits for the body, mind, and spirit. I’m certified to teach a variety of styles of yoga, including hatha, slow flow vinyasa, yin, and restorative. I believe yoga should be intuitive and adaptable, so it can be inclusive for all and practiced for life. I weave the philosophies of the 8 limbs of yoga, Ayurveda and Chinese medicine, and use of props into my teaching. Sessions are customized to suit your needs and intentions.

MEDITATION

The journey inward starts with stillness, and through practice, we establish a deep inner knowing and connection to the self. Your session might incorporate mindfulness, visualization, chakra energy work, sound, gentle movement, restorative postures, breathwork, or yoga nidra (deep rest meditations). We’ll design our sessions together.

BREATHWORK

Conscious connected breathwork is a circular three-part breath practiced solo or in groups that helps us to access the wisdom of the body, brain and nervous system, as well as expanded states and connection to source. Our breath is a superpower - we can harness it to consciously change and influence our nervous system. This practice can help regulate and calm the nervous system, move stuck energy, and spark creativity. I am trained by Tai Hubbert of Sword and Lotus - read more about the practice on her site.

This form of breathwork is not recommended for people who are pregnant, experience high blood pressure, have glaucoma, or those with bipolar syndrome or schizophrenia. Please contact me if you have any questions about these contraindications.

SOUND BATHS

Sound baths are immersive, meditative experiences designed to soothe your nervous system and bring on a state of relaxation. You’ll be surrounded and soothed by the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments. Rather than listening to familiar melodies, you’ll be bathed in carefully, intentionally designed sound vibrations. Experience deep rest and relaxation, and a soothing of the nervous system.

REIKI

Reiki is universal life force energy. During your session, you’ll rest comfortably while I place my hands near or gently on your body to help balance and guide energy with the goal of releasing stuck or blocked energy and restoring you to a healthy, balanced flow. This practice can help you find balance and healing, both physically and energetically. I am trained by Kat Larson in Usui Reiki, if you would like to learn more about my approach.

teaching mentorship

1:1 private mentorship for newly certified teachers as well as teachers who are seeking guidance and feedback from an experienced mentor. With nearly 20 years of experience in non-profit marketing and communications, I’m able to bring a unique perspective and expertise to managing a small business.

Prerequisite: certification of completion of a 200 hour yoga teacher training (Yoga Alliance certification is not required). Scholarships available by request for POC/BIPOC/students.

PRICING

Private sessions are offered on a sliding scale. The upper tier represents the actual value of the session, and is meant for folks who have less financial strain in their lives. Please feel free to contact me if the lower tier is still out of reach for you - I’m committed to finding a way to work with you. To purchase 5 or 10 session packages, contact me directly.

Cancellations & Refunds

Private sessions are paid in full at the time of booking.

I require 24 hours notice to cancel your session with a full refund. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment outside the 24 hour window, a full refund will be granted. Cancellations made inside 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will not be refunded.

You may reschedule your session one time with no charge.
