Join me for a replenishing yoga nidra ("yogic sleep") meditation practice accompanied by a soothing sound bath.
In this 90 minute workshop, you'll be guided into a comfortable resting posture supported by props. From there, you'll be led through a yoga nidra meditation, meant to bring you into a deep state of conscious awareness sleep, which is a deeper state of relaxation. Practitioners often describe the sensations of yoga nidra as fading in and out of a pleasant nap.
During the practice, you'll be immersed in a sound journey created by singing bowls, bells, chimes, shakers, drums, and ambient sound. You'll bask in an extended savasana to close the practice, and have the option to receive soothing touch and essential oil aromatherapy during your rest.
What you’ll need:
Blankets for extra coziness (body temperatures tend to drop just a bit during deep relaxation)
