Join me for a powerful and therapeutic breathwork + sound bath journey in my private studio. This session will begin with an activating conscious connected breathwork practice, followed by a sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to soothe and settle your nervous system. I’ll offer guidance and support during the breathwork, and you’ll breathe to a thoughtfully curated playlist that will help you drop out of your mind and into your body.
From my teacher, Sword and Lotus: “Breathwork is the practice of consciously working with the breath, generally for relaxation, meditation, or therapeutic purposes, and to unwind tension patterns in the physical, mental, and emotional body.
“In a conscious connected breathwork session, you will be guided in a 3-part breathing technique – a 2-part inhale into the abdomen and chest, followed by a relaxed exhale. Adjustments to the baseline breathing pattern are welcome as you explore the relationship between your breath and embodied experience, and you will be invited to explore breath holds and retentions, to pause and rest in awareness, and to welcome any body movements or sounds that want to express.”
Space is limited to four practitioners. Props and yoga mats will be provided.
