Rest + Reiki // Dryp Yoga

Join Sarah for an intimate restorative yoga and gentle meditation practice supported by the Japanese healing art of reiki. 

You'll be guided into restorative yoga postures to allow your body to fully relax as Sarah leads you through a series of breath and awareness practices, body scans, and visualizations to deeply relax your nervous system and create optimal conditions for rest and healing. With your consent, you'll receive nourishing and healing reiki (hands on or hands hovering) throughout practice. You can expect to feel cozy, relaxed, and supported. During savasana, you'll enjoy a mini-sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes and other vibrational instruments.

Sessions are limited to 14 participants in order to create a more intimate, cozy experience. Props and mats will be provided and set before you arrive. Feel free to bring additional props and blankets for your comfort lying on the floor, water, your journal, eye mask, and any other small comfort items. Incense and essential oils will be offered during practice.

*Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique intending to shift, unblock, and balance life force energy (ki) to promote healing, relaxation, and well-being. Reiki can be performed using direct physical touch, or hands-over-the-body hovering placement. All touch is by consent.
