Join Sarah at The Secret Studio on Queen Anne for an intimate and restorative practice meant to replenish your body and soul through deep rest. Sarah will guide you through a yoga nidra (“yogic sleep”) meditation, a deep relaxation technique that induces a state of consciousness between waking and sleep, allowing your body and mind to relax. As you drop in more deeply, you’ll receive nourishing and healing reiki touch. Sound healing tools and aromatherapy may be incorporated.
Please dress comfortably and bring any comfort items (water bottle, journal, eye mask, etc). Props and blankets are provided.
